Postponements already trickling in
The recent spell of wet weather is expected to cause problems in sport this weekend.
Already Douglas Corporation has ruled out play on their Football pitches.
That means tomorrow's FA Cup quarter-final between Douglas Athletic and St. Mary's and the Division Two match between Pulrose and Castletown have been postponed.
Also off is the Premier League clash between St. John's and Corinthians at Mullen-e-Cloie.
And in Rugby, the Manx Trophy game between Douglas Celts and Ramsey "B" has been called off because of a waterlogged pitch at Port-e-Chee.
