Members available to help those in need
Another local rugby club has decided to help people in the community, following Howard Quayle's praise for Ramsey at yesterday afternoon's coronavirus media briefing.
Western Vikings, who the chief minister used to play for, say they are there for anyone who is unable to carry out their normal duties due to self-isolation or social distancing.
The club says its members are able to pick up shopping or pre-ordered deliveries, or check in on family.
If you need assistance, send the club a message on Facebook, or contact Chris on 426593 or Ash on 303081.
Western Vikings say they have members all round the Island, so can assist people outside of Peel as well.
Their volunteers will be recognisable through wearing the club badge, and will be wearing the appropriate protective equipment.
Social distancing guidelines will be adhered to at all times.
