Duo crowned overall winners after two days of racing
James Williams and Ross Whittock have produced a commanding display to be crowned overall winners of the 2024 Manx Rally.
The duo took top spot following the 15 special stages held on Friday and Saturday (10-11 May) with an overall time of one hour, 44 minutes and 8.2 seconds.
They finished just over four minutes clear of second-placed Steve Wood & Kenny Hull (one hour, 48 minutes and 12.7 seconds) with Hugh Hunter and Rob Fagg completing the overall podium in third (one hour, 48 minutes and 21.9 seconds).
Elsewhere, victory in the British Historic Rally Championship competition at the event went to Seb Perez & Gary McElhinney ahead of the pairings of Richard Hill & Patrick Cooper and Michael McDaid & Declan Casey in second and third respectively.
Meanwhile, the latest round at the Manx Rally of The Mini Rally Challenge saw Tim Green finish top (58 minutes and 33.4 seconds), two minutes and 41 seconds ahead of Gareth Humphreys in second place who in turn finished one minute and three seconds clear of third-placed John Clayton.
