Zoe disappointed by SBX cancellation

Manx snowsport star Zoe Gillings has been left frustrated by the cancellation of the next round of the Snowboard Cross World Cup.

It had been due to take place in Bad Gastein in Austria on January 15, but has been called off because of a lack of the white stuff.

The Ronague athlete finished tenth in the opening round, at Telluride in the United States, last month.

Tweeting earlier today (Wednesday), Zoe said: 'Next World Cup SBX comp in Austria has been cancelled due to lack of snow.... ?? Where is it being held? Bahamas, Austria?'
