Not all insurance covers repatriation
Visitors to the Island for TT are being reminded to make sure they have the right insurance cover for their trip here.
There's usually an increased number of accidents throughout the festival fortnight.
The Isle of Man does have a reciprocal agreement with the UK meaning medical care is covered.
However, Andy Reed from Manx Care says not everything is included:
