23-time winner says the pressure is now on other riders
23-time TT race winner John McGuinness says he hopes to come to this year's event 'under the radar' after finding pressure and distractions hindered him in 2022.
Having recorded his 100th TT race start, last year, the 51-year-old re-signed with Honda for the 2023 campaign.
He admits events like receiving his MBE, turning 50 and the fallout from the collapse of his former team Norton were a distraction last year.
But he believes the pressure is now on others in the paddock:
TT 2026: Ellis & Clement to continue push towards podiums
2025 MGP winner Canny to make TT debut
Jamie Cringle joins Cosmic Racing for 2026
TT 2026: Tim Reeves to make return in sidecar class
