MGP qualifying session cancelled due to low cloud

Weather impacting mountain section of the course

Tonight's Manx Grand Prix qualifying session (21 August) has been cancelled due to low cloud over the mountain section of the TT course.

That's the decision of the Clerk of the Course, Gary Thompson.

Tonight we were due to see the Senior and Classic Superbike qualifiers, as well as the Junior, Lightweight and Classic Senior.

Tomorrow evening's session is due to run as scheduled, with roads closing at 6pm.
