Veteran has been recovering over last few months
Veteran rider Dave Madsen-Mygdal is thanking people for their support after a health scare earlier this year
The competitor - who's amassed 130 finishes at the TT - suffered a stroke 16 weeks ago and has been recovering ever since.
Watching on at this year's racing fortnight he says he knew he wouldn't be fit enough to be coming back just yet.
But speaking to Radio TT he adds he hopes to return in some form to the races in 2026:
New TT-inspired film production to start at 2026 races
Entries open for 2026 Southern 100 Road Races
