Isle of Man residents are being encouraged to consider registering as organ donors.
A year ago, three-year-old Aedan Klieve's health was deteriorating as he awaited a life-saving kidney transplant.
Legislation that would switch the current rules to an 'opt-out' system, known as 'Daniel's Law', is yet to come into effect, and no date has been set for its implementation.
Today, Aedan will be celebrating his new organ at the British Transplant Games, as his mother Shirley explains:
