The Rob Vine Fund is thanking TT visitors for their generosity, saying the charity probably wouldn't still be going without passengers' contributions.
Money raised goes towards providing medical equipment and training for doctors and paramedics involved in motorsport events around the Island.
Each year, the RVF supplies three 'Phil Hogg' ambulances, more than 130 care packages and stretchers which is aided by two rescue helicopters and three fast response cars.
The Steam Packet has been collecting donations for the fund since 1995, with nearly £20,000 raised last year.
