A cyclist braved Saturday's downpours to ride 125km in aid of Isle Listen.
John Garrood finished his fundraising efforts at the Southern Show ground.
Isle Listen is an early intervention and prevention charity which works mainly with young people on the Island.
John says it's a hugely important cause:
