Treasury response to cost-of-living crisis
More than £52,000 was spent funding ‘warm spaces’ over five months.
The money for the Community Warm Spaces fund – which came from Treasury – was part of a response to the cost-of-living crisis in light of rising energy bills.
Between October and March the Manx Lottery Trust oversaw the distribution of financial support to organisations offering people somewhere warm to congregate.
