Project will involve 51 new properties
Over eight million pounds is being put into the replacement of public sector housing in Ballasalla.
The 42-home Horse Shoe in the Clagh Vane estate, which was demolished in 2016, will be replaced by 51 new properties later this year.
The new development will include 35 two to four bedroom houses, 14 two-bed apartments and two wheelchair-friendly one-bedroom apartments.
Applications are now being invited from people who may wish to live in the new development. To apply contact the Housing Office on 685865 or email housing@gov.im
