The UK will be provided with 'adequate, accurate and current' information regarding beneficial ownership of Island-registered companies.
That's the claim from the Chief Minister after a statement yesterday (Fri) announced what was described as "enhanced" arrangements.
The move comes in the wake of the so-called Panama papers.
Whilst not directly implicating the Island, the leak has shone a spotlight on the use of tax havens and low tax jurisdictions by the rich and famous.
