Now's the time to speak up - according to Victim Support on the Isle of Man.
This week marks National Stalking Awareness week, which aims to publicise the dangers of being stalking and encourage people to get help.
Victim Support Manager Paula Gelling says stalking cases can often escalate dramatically:
