MHK says latest twist is bizarre
An MHK who's been looking for answers in the saga involving the Island's Attorney General has described the latest twist as bizarre.
Lib Van Leader Kate Beecroft has been speaking following the news Stephen Harding is to take legal action against the Lieutenant Governor.
Mr Harding was suspended from his position as the Attorney General some three years ago and remains so.
He'd been charged with perjury and committing acts against public justice, but they were dropped 19 months ago.
Disciplinary matters relating to this Crown appointment are dealt with by the Lieutenant Governor, according to the Manx government.
