MNFU pleased with Royal and Southern
The success of the Southern and Royal Manx agricultural shows has provided a boost for the Island's farming industry at what's been a challenging time for it.
The view of the Manx National Farmers' Union, following the running of the Royal at the weekend and the Southern two weeks before that.
Thousands of people attended both in generally fine weather, meeting with local producers and speaking about and buying their food and drink.
MNFU General Secretary Belinda Leach says there are one or two major issues at the moment:
