
Around 200 separate assessments are being carried out in government as it looks to improve its efficiency.
Chief Minister Allan Bell gave the figure as he updated Manx Radio on the Scope of Government work.
All services and facilities are being looked at, with a view to privatising or corporatising some.
Mr Bell says a clearer picture should start to emerge by the end of the year:
