Forecasters at the Met Office in Ronaldsway have issued the Island wide warning from 5pm until 10pm.
Passengers booked on the affected sailings are asked to contact the Steam Packet's Reservations Team on 661661.
Manx Utilities is on standby to respond to any issues with power, that may occur by the weather.
If anyone comes across a damaged or fallen power line, the advise is to call them on 687687.
