Department's objectives for 2018-19 published
Pressures on health and social care services could be eased - if targets in a new service delivery plan are met.
That's the view of the health and social care minister.
The DHSC set out its objectives for the 2018-19 year in a document published last week.
They include developing community wellbeing services, a programme to reduce childhood obesity, and improving access to radiology services.
David Ashford says, despite existing stresses on the department, the plan is achievable.
