Announcement comes following the passing of Bill Malarkey
The Health Minister David Ashford is to step in to oversee the Department of Home Affairs.
The announcement comes following the passing of Bill Malarkey last week.
Mr Ashford will therefore cover the responsibilities of home affairs, until a more permanent decision can be made.
