Douglas man also accused of having a knife in a public place
A Douglas man has appeared in court after being charged with attempted murder.
Taylor Jake Murphy, of High View Road, is also accused of having an offensive weapon, namely a knife, in a public place; amongst other charges.
It follows a wide police search in the north of the Island on Monday (6 October).
The 19-year-old appeared only to confirm his name and address.
There was no application for bail; he’ll next appear on 14 October.
