Handbag snatched from trolley
Police are looking for witnesses to an attempted theft in a Douglas supermarket.
It happened around 2.50pm yesterday in Marks and Spencer's (Thurs 28th) when a woman attempted to steal a handbag from a trolley.
The owner of the bag managed to snatch it back and the woman then ran out of the store into Strand Street.
She's described as white, in her early 30s with shoulder length black hair and wearing a dark coloured puffer jacket.
It's thought several people saw what happened.
