A date’s been set for the trial of the Island’s Attorney General.
This morning, Stephen Harding of Greeba Avenue in Glen Vine was told his trial will start on November 25.
Deemster Birkett at Douglas Courthouse said preliminary hearings would be held in September and October before the three-week trial begins.
Mr Harding is charged with committing acts against public justice and submitting false documentation.
He’s been suspended from his post since October last year.
