51-year-old excused attending court
A Kewaigue man who is accused of drink-driving will appear in court in the New Year.
Fifty-one-year-old Andrew Joseph Gray, of Ellenbrook Drive, has also been charged with failing to report a crash.
Both allegations allegedly took place on 4 December - pleas have not yet been entered.
Mr Gray was due to appear before at Douglas Courthouse this week but was excused attending - he'll next appear on 4 January.
