Infrastructure bosses scrutinised by Tynwald committee
Tim Baker says the Douglas promenade works are very unlikely to be finished by the 31 March deadline.
The infrastructure minister and DoI Chief Executive Nick Black gave evidence to a Tynwald committee, scrutinising the progress made with the refurbishment works.
Mr Baker says work on a gas main on Broadway caused 'push-backs' in the operation.
Just how long delays could last wasn't made clear, and when quizzed by committee member, MHK Chris Robertshaw, Mr Baker refused to speculate:
