21-year-old will be sentenced in May
A Ballasalla man will be sentenced in May after being caught with more than 100 grams of cannabis.
Police searched Kian Ronnie Cottam’s home, on Crossag Terrace, on 28 August 2021.
Officers found 101 grams of cannabis resin, with a street value of £579, one gram of cannabis bush and £700 – they also found two sets of scales and vacuum bags.
At Douglas Courthouse the 21-year-old admitted possessing the Class B drug, possessing it with intent to supply and possession of criminal cash.
A social enquiry report has been requested before Cottam is sentenced on 16 May; he’s been bailed until that date.
