Vandals have damaged some beehives in the south of the Island.
Castletown Commissioners have raised the incident on social media - warning that bees are important to the environment.
It happened to the beehives in the area behind the garage premises on Douglas Road in the town.
The authority has asked anyone with information to contact the police.
