Tuesday morning's Ben-my-Chree sailing to Heysham and its afternoon return are subject to delay or cancellation.
That's because of the shipping forecast for the Irish Sea, which says winds could reach gale force eight for a time in the morning.
A decision is due to be made by the Steam Packet by 7am.
