Evening and overnight journeys won't go
This evening's Ben-my-Chree sailing from Douglas to Heysham, and its overnight return to the Island, have been cancelled.
The Steam Packet says it has cancelled the sailing because of the poor forecast for Heysham port later.
Earlier today, the vessel ended up sailing to and from Birkenhead instead of the Lancashire port, because of the bad weather there.
Manannan's sailings between the Isle of Man and Liverpool remain unaffected - though there has been a slight delay to this evening's Liverpool to Douglas sailing, which will now depart at 8.30pm.
Steam Packet bosses say there's limited capacity on alternative sailings, and are offering assistance to anyone left inconvenienced.
