Company was given 27-month licence extension
The benefits of extending the licence for a company to survey for gas and oil in Manx waters 'could potentially be huge'.
That's the belief of the Infrastructure Minister after Crogga was given a 27-month extension to look for possible deposits off the Island's coast.
Crogga was initially given the licence in October 2018, before receiving a four-month extension at the end of 2021.
