Tynwald allows MNH to sell building belonging to Donald Collister
Tynwald has given Manx National Heritage permission to sell a bequeathed property, so it can afford to fix the Laxey Wheel.
Laxey's Lady Isabella hasn't been fully operational since 2019, requiring essential repairs.
Under the Manx Museum and National Trust Act any sale of a property must have the approval of Tynwald.
The building in question was bequeathed to MNH by the late Donald (Donny) Collister.
