Planning permission sought to convert workshop
A PC simulation-based car racing experience and driver training centre has applied for permission to expand into new premises.
The Sim Centre wants to convert a workshop at The Factory on the Union Mills Industrial Estate in order to expand its offering.
The owner says with the quality of the equipment, and driver training standards, along with the popularity of motorsport on the Island the business has ‘proven very popular’.
The application is currently pending consideration.
