Further changes to border restrictions represent a 'positive' step forward.
That's the view of the Council of Ministers which has agreed to scrap testing and isolation for unvaccinated residents who travel within the Common Travel Area.
Scanners are also being installed at the borders to help 'streamline' the return process and allow people, who are vaccinated, to scan their own QR codes.
