Resignation concerns from Ramsey Grammar head
"Teachers have a disincentive to come to the Isle of Man to work."
That's according to Ramsey Grammar head teacher Annette Baker, who says the Island's border restrictions are negatively impacting recruitment.
With reports of one member of staff at another school recently handing in their resignation due to being unable to see their family in the UK, Mrs Baker is concerned more will follow suit if a change doesn't happen soon:
