Estate agent says demand for property is high
An estate agent says the property market has done well through 2021.
Tim Groves from Black Grace Cowley thinks the market has been 'buoyant and encouraging' for people selling houses.
He says demand is high.
"I don’t think it means that there are people who can’t find a house. I think what is means is that if we were to list property that is in demand then we find that there are more than one buyer for that house."
Mr Groves says it's misleading to place a figure on the level of increase, but the market appears to be growing:
