The successful applicant will receive a seven year lease to operate from the building
Braddan Commissioners has opened 'expressions of interest' to local companies and individuals to take on the cafe at The Roundhouse.
The local authority is offering a seven-year lease to the successful applicant and says it is a 'unique' space with room to serve up to 100 customers.
It's located on the Strang Corner Field and 'opportunities' for the tenant include catering for corporate and community events as well as functions and private parties.
Those interested must contact the clerk of the commissioners before 5pm on Friday 12 July.
It says site visits can be arranged upon request and the selected applicants will be provided with an information package and invited to tender.
