Chief Minister to keep external relations as a priority
It's right to present a prudent budget with the consequences of Brexit still uncertain.
That was the view of Chief Minister Howard Quayle during the debate on the 2020 budget.
He says he will spend the remaining time ahead of the next election trying to develop relationships with other countries.
At the same time, Mr Quayle says he will make sure our interests are represented as the UK negotiates trade agreements with the United States, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
However, he adds one thing is certain:-
