A picture of bounced cheques, unpaid debts and out of date accounts has emerged on day two of the retrial of the Island's Attorney General.
The full extent of businessman Jonathan Irving's finances were revealed as he was cross-examined at Douglas courthouse this morning.
During a three-hour grilling - which will continue this afternoon - Mr Irving said he felt he - not Stephen Harding - was on trial and accused defence counsel of asking him 'inane' questions.
Mr Harding is accused of perjury and committing acts against public justice, relating to the winding up of Mr Irving's company Street Heritage in 2010.
