Harmer claims move is affordable
A candidate in next week's Peel by-election says he wants to see the return of free nursery education in the Isle of Man.
Ray Harmer says he's been told it's affordable, too.
Free pre-school places were ended in the Isle of Man from September 2012, with the Department of Education saying it could no longer afford to fund it, because of budget cuts.
