Free lessons for people who are new to the Island
There's been a surge in the number of people learning English on the Isle of Man – the majority of whom are from Ukraine.
Language service Cafe Lingo says it’s seen an influx in the number of people using its service over the past few months.
Since its creation in 2016 Cafe Lingo has helped more than 300 people on the Island feel less isolated.
The organisation offers free English lessons to those new to the Island from countries all over the world.
It also offers friendship, information about Island life and acts as a signposting service.
