Ramsey MHK says government needs to be scrutinised over spending
Government needs to be held accountable over the second-hand diesel locomotive, which has been out of service for more than three years.
That's from Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper on the machine brought to the Island after Tynwald rejected a new one eight years ago.
It's something he says has highlighted a greater need for scrutiny over departmental spending.
And Mr Hooper says there needs to be some accountability:
