Falk says Island could be bankrupt in four years

That is the clarion call from a candidate in next month’s General Election.
Advertising copywriter and author Richard Falk will contest the newly created Douglas Central constituency.
He says the Island can’t afford to make the wrong decisions over the next few years and has described the total liability for the public sector pension scheme as ‘horrifying’.
