Today marks World Mental Health Day
Today – Thursday, 10 October - marks World Mental Health Day.
It’s designed to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world; this year the theme is ‘workplace mental health’.

On the Island the founder of the support group Manx PACT is calling on employers to look at introducing ‘wellbeing committees’.

Meanwhile, the director of a recruitment company on the Isle of Man says people are more comfortable to ask questions around work-life balance before considering a job.
