Abortion rights campaigners respond to comments by pro-life group
A group looking to reform the Isle of Man's abortion laws has rubbished claims made by a pro-life group.
HEAR said in the wake of a damning report on Marie Stopes International - a UK charity which carries out abortions - that it showed Manx law at least protected women and children from the abuses found in some British facilities.
But Samantha Heard of CALM says that simply isn't the case, as Manx women end up going to the UK to have the procedure:
