Save the Bay blasts lack of public consultation
A campaign group aiming to stop the Ramsey Marina development says it's disappointed the plans have been found to be viable.
A Freedom of Information request confirmed the proposals for a 400-berth marina are set to enter the next phase.
Save the Bay says the Department of Infrastructure is entering into talks with those behind the project without any meaningful public consultation.
The group insists it will continue to oppose the proposals on South Shore and Ramsey Bay, warning the construction would have a detrimental impact on the ecology and natural beauty of the area.
