Chief Minister's comments come in light of rising cost of living
The chief minister says he, and government, is well aware of the financial pressures Manx people are likely to face this coming winter.
Gas prices rose this week by 43.9 per cent and the cost of living generally continues to rise.
A number of support measures have already been announced to try and help people who may be struggling.
