Motion to debate document fails
The chief minister says he finds it 'surprising' that MHKs couldn't 'digest' the Island Plan in five days.
In Tynwald yesterday eight members refused to agree to debate the document which sets out government's vision for the next five years.
It means it will have to be brought back to a subsequent sitting to be discussed.
