Emergency services responded to the scene at 9am today
The cause of a small fire in Onchan is under investigation by emergency services.
Douglas fire crews were called to the Shoprite store there just after 9 o'clock this morning.
Residents in the area described seeing smoke outside the store in online posts.
Officers have confirmed a number of pallets and packaging were on fire at the scene.
Crews wearing breathing apparatus with two hose reels quickly extinguished the fire, which did not spread to the store.
