Warning from farmer ahead of coming seasons
After the wettest July on record, farmers have managed to harvest the majority of the cereal crops grown on Island.
David Brew, a cereal farmer in the north of the Island and Chairman of the Crops Committee of the Manx National Farmers Union, says it could have been much worse.
But he warns that straw feed could be in short supply further down the line because of the heatwave in early June:
